In order to ensure our customers’ privacy, we package all orders in plain brown envelopes that give no indication concerning the medicines contained inside and the identity of the customer.

The delivery time depends on your location of residency. Orders to UK addresses are usually shipped and received by our customers within 2 to 3 Bussiness days of online order placement. On the other hand, orders to other countries within the EU are delivered within 8 to 10 Bussiness days. For other countries outside the EU, it may take one to two weeks depending on the location of the country.

Delivery to US & Canada 10-15 Days

Please note that KwikMed may not be able to ship to certain countries due to import restrictions. If orders are placed from any such country, the company will further inform the customer through email or phone call.

While KwikMed takes every reasonable measure to ensure timely shipment of orders placed by our customers, delays may arise due to several reasons, such as late delivery from suppliers, delays caused due to public holidays, and delays that occur due to issues faced by the postal system. In addition to this, incomplete shipment details provided by the customer can also lead to delays or loss of goods. Please be informed that we cannot be held responsible for delays arise due to incorrect information being submitted so you need to make sure that the information you’ve provided at the time of order placement is accurate and complete.

Orders are considered lost if they have not been delivered within 28 days of the order placement. However, unforeseen circumstances can also lead to extensive delays, therefore, we may not start an investigation for a delayed order until a reasonable amount of time has passed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact our customer support representatives if they haven’t received their order. We may not be able to process a refund request if the above mentioned procedure has not been correctly followed by the customer.
